Tips — sending the following makes the sample easier to arrange:
- Target SKU or product name
- Number of samples needed
- Ship-to address and contact
- What you're evaluating (internal test / client demo, etc.)

Give us a clear picture of the product, quantity, delivery window and Incoterm. The more complete the information, the faster sales can come back with a first-version quote, a PI draft or a short proposal.
