- Order number or item SKU
- Issue description and discovery time
- Attach photos or video evidence
- Expected corrective action

Give us a clear picture of the product, quantity, delivery window and Incoterm. The more complete the information, the faster sales can come back with a first-version quote, a PI draft or a short proposal.
