This website provides B2B kitchenware and kitchen-related product browsing, online RFQ (Request for Quotation), quotation management, order tracking, document downloads, and customer portal features. This website does not provide retail services to individual consumers.

3. Account Responsibility

• You must provide truthful and accurate company and contact information upon registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under reasonable circumstances.

4. Inquiries & Quotations

• RFQs submitted through this website do not constitute a purchase commitment; they are expressions of inquiry intent only.
• Quotations provided by the Company do not constitute a legally binding contract until both parties formally confirm the order through a signed Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Quotation validity is generally as stated on the quotation document (typically 3 months). Expired quotations may require re-evaluation.
• Quotation amounts may be adjusted due to changes in raw material prices, exchange rates, or supply conditions. We will notify you before any adjustment.

5. Orders & Payment

• An order is formally established when the Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed by both parties and the agreed deposit is received.
• Payment is primarily by telegraphic transfer (T/T), with specific terms as agreed per order.
• Cancellation or modification after order confirmation may incur additional charges, depending on production costs and material expenses already committed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, software, and layout, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is permitted without the Company's prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Product information, images, and specifications on this website are for reference only. Actual products are subject to the quotation and order confirmation documents.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
• The Company does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or absolute data security of the website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or related services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree that the Tainan District Court in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or website notification. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
